Overall, Folks Pizzeria is a must-visit destination for pizza lovers in Orange County. From their friendly staff to their scrumptious dishes, every aspect of this restaurant is sure to leave a lasting impression. So, grab a slice and savor the flavors at Folks Pizzeria.
Yummy ingredients!! I just WISH they didn't burn the crust (my favorite part) and I get it, it's the style but whyyyyy?? And I've asked for them to *not* burn the crust but was shut down quickly. Salad is amazing too!
My joke is that we weren't pretty enough to sit close so we had to sit in the far away section. Buuuuut I'm sure I'm just sensitive. Yeah they have 6 seats that are far from the restaurant (2 per table) and they are high rise tables that are across from the restaurant; I would mention songs playing from the restaurant and pretend say that we could enjoy if we were pretty, but honestly if you want to sit close then make a reservation. I had no idea this place was gonna be so poppin' but next time I am definitely making reservations! The pizza was brilliant and the beer was something new I've never tried! I got the pepperoni with mushroom but i can't wait to try more options. :)
After hearing recommendations to come here, we finally were able to try Folks! The atmosphere and service was spectacular, our waiter was so nice and helpful, we told him it was our first time and he came by to check on us and made sure our first visit was amazing. The vibes of the place are great for a little date night spot or just a hang out with your friends! The pizza was good, the sauce felt a bit watery though and I wish there were more toppings. I also wish it was basil that was topped on the pizza after baking rather than baking with the pizza. Fries were great, pretty good seasoning. The garlic aloli was the star for the French fries though. Overall, definitely would come back to try another pie! Loved the decorations and the vibes!
This was such a nice pizza date!! Our first time here and Maxwell was super helpful, got us excited about that day's specials, and totally sold us on the soppressata pizza. Through his recommendations, we also found a really special chilled red that we ended up buying a bottle of to take home. Caesar salad was great, but I have to admit I left curious about the watermelon appetizer! Next time (and there will be a next time- soon!) Great location, great food, money well spent.
One of the best pizzeria in OC. I don't know why they stopped offering Bianca in their menu, it was honestly their best pizza.
Overall delicious! The pizza is delicious and Italian style. Pairs well with their Caesar salad. One salad and pizza was enough to share for 3 people. I came April 6pm and there was a half an hour wait for walk ins. Not a bad idea to have a reservation if you're able to make one ahead of time. There is a parking lot for the CAMP, but it can be tough to find parking during dinner time. Takes circling around a few times.
Oh my godddd. This is a must come for pizza! This place will have you still talking about it the next day. The location of this pizzeria is inside a container park type of vibe, with outdoor seating (highly recommend seating outside rather than inside at night) - Without a reservation the wait time is about one hour to get in because it's that good! but just make sure to reserve prior. We ordered the margarita pizza and the underwood farms summer corn pizza, that corn pizza and the CRUST is what left us still talking about this place the next day! The crust alone is heaven in every bite trust me on this one ( i even attached picture of the crust) it is very crunchy yet soft and thin at the bottom but fluffy because of the crunch on top. Ugh soo delicious. I highly recommend this place and when i'm back in the area this place will be our staple spot for pizza.
Great vibe in this project.. the pizza was gorgeous and delicious. I got there about 15 min before it opened. At 4 when they opened the host looked at me, said hello as he was ready to help me so I told him the guy next to me was first so he helped him out. That host didnt come back and another girl came back and started helping other groups.. after the third group I mentioned to her that i was waiting and that I wasnt sure what their process was.. she said shes not a mind reader heheh.. im sure shes lovely , but man she came off like such a .... anyhow.. pizza is beautiful. Avoid the girl with the arm in a sling. Shes not a mind reader.
Folks pizza is one of my favorites in Orange County! If you're visiting it is the perfect lunch spot as one, it's a very cute spot (with small indoor seating and a fair amount of outdoor seating) but two, there are plenty of cute shops, boba, coffee etc in the same outdoor shopping center. It's a very artsy and aesthetic area! The service at Folks was great. They gave us plenty of recommendations. We got the fennel sausage pizza (10/10) paired with wine (we let our waitress choose) and the Caesars salad. All were great! I highly recommend the salad. It does get busy, I arrived at around noon (when they were about to open) and there was already a looong line. We were surprisingly seated very quick though. I will be back again!
